From disposable to reusable

Just in time for the start of the semester (HS 20/21), menus can be purchased in all restaurants at ETH Zurich in reusable containers from reCIRCLE. The food trucks Mundo del Gusto, Wesley's Kitchen and Hofmann's Risotto also offer the reusable boxes. Therefore, there is now a sustainable alternative to disposable tableware on campus.
