The Student Exchange Office offers a physical and a virtual counter.

Physical desk

Enlarged view: The closest entrance is the one at the corner of Tannenstrasse and Rämistrasse. Then go to the first floor, the F floor. You will find the desk in the last room before the elevators on the left-hand side.

Purpose: Signing, handing in & receiving documents, general questions

Virtual desk

Purpose: General questions
Opening hours
- Tuesdays, 11.00 to 12.00 & 16.00 to 17.00
- Desk closed: 29 October
Location: Zoom
