ETH Zurich has revised its regulations regarding procedures for inappropriate behaviour and conflicts in the workplace. The new Clarification Office, established on 1 July 2024, complements existing support services for employees. Nadia D?rflinger-Khashman was interviewed about ETH¡¯s contact and advice services and explained what has changed.
