Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE) – videos demonstrate lab methods
The video journal JoVE (Journal of Visualized Experiments) publishes papers and academic experiments in the form of video recordings.
There are now three new modules in genetics, cancer research and biochemistry:
- external pageJoVE Genetics provides videos on different sequencing technologies and methods from the fields of gene expression, evolutionary genetics and epigenetics.
- external pageJoVE Cancer Resarch comprises videos on topics such as cellular oncology, tumour development, mutagenesis or cancer biomarkers.
- external pageJoVE Biochemistry makes it easier to reproduce methods that affect bioseparation, protein purification or even protein folding, for instance.
The journal can be accessed online on ETH Zurich’s network or on ETH-Library premises.
