Events during the Open Access Week 2018
Against the backdrop of the Open Access Week 2018, ETH Library invites you to two virtual events on open access publishing, openness and FAIR data.
In the webinar “How to go Open Access” on 24 October 2018, members of ETH Zurich can familiarise themselves with the basics of open access: As a researcher, how can I render my publications freely accessible? What do open access specifications in SNSF and EU-funded projects mean in practice? How can ETH Library help me with open access publishing?

On 25 October 2018, Dr Marjan Grootveld will be speaking on the topic of “Openness, exchange, FAIR data - oh beautiful new world that has such a vision!” as part of the event series 17:15 Colloquium by ETH Library. The computer linguist, who works at DANS in the Netherlands, will give the talk virtually – via a telepresence robot.
