These values matter to me! Join in our survey to help us take our pulse
The deadline for the survey of ETH values has been extended. All members of ETH now have until the end of January to contribute their views and play a role in the cultural development of the university.
In December 2020, we called on all ETH members to take part in a short survey of values at ETH. Unfortunately, there was a technical hitch with the survey, which meant that some participants’ results were not registered. The problem has now been fixed, and you now have until the end of January to take part in the survey.
What do the five values responsibility, openness, diversity, team spirit and excellence mean to you in your day-to-day work? And what other values do you associate with our university? Your responses will feed into the rETHink “Cultural development” sub-project, which will play a significant role in shaping the work we do together in future at ETH. Those in charge of the sub-project, which is being led by ETH President Jo?l Mesot and Rector Sarah Springman, are hoping to receive as many responses as possible. The aim is to use the survey to take the pulse of ETH members.
Our values: where are we?
The survey takes about 15 minutes. Please complete it by Sunday, 31 January 2021.
The responses will be evaluated in February. The results will be announced on the “Internal news” channel in March 2021.
You can also share your opinions on ETH’s culture and values in a blog post. More information is available here.
