Keeping track of the security measures relevant in a given section is not always easy.
ETH Zurich therefore defined a binding minimum standard of security measures in 2021. This standard is updated annually. The 2022 edition of the "IT Guidelines and IT Baseline Protection Rules" has just been published.
The rules are structured according to roles and are aimed at people with responsibility for IT systems or services, as well as all users. For example, in Article 8, you can read the "IT baseline protection rules for users" and find out what needs to be observed in the day-to-day use of IT systems and services.
