While professors often provide field-specific feedback and guidance, receiving feedback on leadership is equally crucial for effectively leading research groups. In this session, Dr. Silke Mischke (Senior Leadership Advisor and professor at IMD) will explore how to leverage feedback to strengthen leadership skills, foster personal growth, and cultivate a group culture that facilitates constructive feedback and supports team performance. ETH professors and staff will also provide tips on how to address this topic as part of ETH’s Leadership Feedback Process (LFP). | |
