Geodata offers a wide range of application fields: for instance, maps and 3D visualisations can be produced, changes in the landscape and the cityscape visualised, or terrain and climate models analysed.
17,000 videos added to Search Portal
You can now search for videos from ETH Zurich’s Videoportal on ETH Library’s Search Portal. The Videoportal comprises 17,000 recordings of events and lectures that were produced by ETH Zurich’s Multimedia Services and can be viewed on the Videoportal.

ETH-Bibliothek offers the article search on the Knowledge Portal via a new service-provider: the Technical Information Centre of Denmark's DADS database has been replaced with the interdisciplinary Primo Central Index by the company Ex Libris.
Return your library books at the entrance hall of ETH main building
As of 1 September you can return documents from ETH-Bibliothek, NEBIS circulation network and Zentralbibliothek at the information office at level E of the Main Building.
Researching materials
Over 1,000 objects can be studied in Baubibliothek's Material Collection, offering visitors the opportunity to experience woods, metals, rocks, synthetics or materials first hand.
