Digital Fellowship Program 2022 in India and Nepal
The Digital Fellowship is a combination of workshops, webinars, project work and self-directed learning, delivered in an intensive 4-week period in June/July 2022. The fellowship programs develop the participant’s skills while providing a valuable contribution to the business’s strategic objectives.
You will work alongside Pollinate’s staff in India and Nepal, gaining a practical understanding of the entrepreneurial approach to community development, an appreciation for involving the end-user in design and change, and tools to help you initiate and lead game-changing ideas in your studies and future.
At a glance, you will be…
- Part of a high performing group of 8-10 participants
- Working in teams of 2-3 on strategic projects
- Joining people from diverse areas of study
- Collaborating across cultures with your peers and Pollinate’s team
- Engaging with a range of textual, multimedia and case-study resources
The sessions over the 4 weeks include:
30 hours of facilitated sessions with program leaders, 12 hours of self-study, 8-10 hours of working in groups on projects, 8-10 hours of preparatory work in week 0. Pollinate will provide all the pre-readings for the program and encourage the participants to start engaging with the content early on.
Sessions will start at 9.30 am (IST). For the programs with Swiss students, the schedule will be modified such that it’s a morning start for Switzerland, afternoon for India and evening for Australia. There is also a degree of in-built flexibility within the schedule to accommodate requests for weekend workshops.
swissnex India will provide full scholarships to selected ETH Zurich students for the June 2022 cohort.
