Recommendation letter
Two academic recommendation letters in English describing: academic performances and attitude at Bachelor level, comments on current GPA and ranking of the student compared to peer group.
Motivation letter
Approximately one A4 page in the language of instruction of the chosen programme. Please justify your motivation for choosing the Master's programme at ETH Zurich and the chosen specialisation/major within the Master's programme.
Areas of specialisation
Please choose one specialisation out of the six. The admission and possible additional requirements are major-specific.

Consecutive students (University of Basel Geosciences; University of Lausanne, Geosciences and Environment, specialisation Environment; University of Neuch?tel Bachelor en Systèmes Naturels; University of Zurich, Earth System Sciences) only require letters of recommendation for ESOP applications.
