Email problems with PSI recipients Since PSI completed the migration of their mailboxes to the MS Cloud last Monday, there have been two issues with sending mail to PSI mail recipients: The first problem involves Outlook. The PSI addresses in the Outlook cache have become invalid due to the cloud migration. This can be solved by deleting the affected addressee(s) from the Outlook cache in your Outlook. The second problem concerns the forwards to PSI mail addresses recorded in IAM. These forwards have become invalid.
